Pastor Phillip Ooga
Founder & Director
Apostle Philip Ooga. Hope and Lifecare Missions was founded by the man of God Pastor Philip Ooga, back in the year 2015. Pastor Philip Ooga serves as the Senior pastor of New Hope Church Kenya, God spoke with him concerning the needy people, widows and orphans at his Poor Village, He commanded him to start a home for the orphans to help them. When he heard that Voice of the Lord, he moved forward and started the children center with 7 orphans, then the kids started coming in from different parts of Kisii County. Until now they even have no space to accommodate more because the numbers are high. Pastor Philip Ooga is married and has been blessed with one biological daughter. He takes those orphans as his own. Pastor Philip Ooga was during his younger age he grew in the Missions Centre too, he was educated at the Missions Centre with a group of other orphans because his parents had family issues which made him to go and stay at the Missions Centre, there was no peace at his home between their parents.
The Love he has with the orphans is because he also experienced it from the Missions Centre where he grew up with other orphans. Until he finished high school and college from the Missions Centre. Then God called him into doing ministry (pastor) and doing Missions also.

Sister Suzy Moraa

Lady Suzy Moraa is the beloved spiritual mother and leader of the orphans under our care at Hope and Life Care Missions. She lovingly embraces every child as her own, pouring her heart into their wellbeing and spiritual growth. Lady Suzy oversees several activities within the mission, making sure everything runs smoothly and in order, ensuring the children are cared for physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Her love is deeply genuine, and the children respond by loving and honoring her as their true mother in the Lord. She carries a special grace for nurturing, guiding, and raising these precious lives.
As the Scripture says in Proverbs 31:26, “She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.”, Lady Suzy lives this truth daily, being a vessel of God’s love to every child at Hope and Life Care Missions.
Vincent Nyamweya
Center Caretaker
Meet Mr. Vincent Nyamweya Mochache, a loving and dedicated young man at Hope and Life Care Missions. Vincent serves as a caretaker, and his heart for service shines brightly every day. Having grown up at Hope and Life Care Orphanage when it was first founded, as the very first beneficiary, Vincent knows first-hand the power of love, care, and opportunity. Through the support of kind sponsors, he was able to complete his university education and graduate successfully. Now, in a beautiful circle of giving back, Vincent has returned to serve the very place that raised him.
As a caretaker, Vincent takes responsibility for the daily care and wellbeing of the children. He ensures they are safe, happy, and growing in a clean and loving environment. With compassion, he mentors and encourages the children, offering them guidance and hope just as he once received. Vincent serves with humility, love, and dedication, always ready to uplift and nurture these precious young lives. His journey is a living testimony of transformation, and we are truly blessed to have him back at Hope and Life Care Missions.
Madam Jane Moraa Manyange

Meet Madam Jane Moraa Manyange, the loving and caring Matron at Hope and Life Care Missions. As a mature and experienced mother figure, Jane plays a special role in the lives of the precious orphans we care for. Her work as a matron goes beyond daily responsibilities; she ensures the children are well-fed, clean, healthy, and living in a peaceful environment where they feel safe and valued.
Jane is always attentive to every child’s need, making sure their personal hygiene, meals, and overall wellbeing are taken care of with excellence. With a heart full of compassion, she treats every orphan like her own child, offering comfort, encouragement, and motherly love. Her warm smile, gentle words, and nurturing spirit bring joy and security to the hearts of the little ones. Truly, Jane Moraa is a gift from God to Hope and Life Care Missions, and we are blessed to have her caring for these young kings and queens.
Christine Bismark Magere

Meet Christine Bismark Magere, a passionate and hardworking Social Worker at Hope and Life Care Missions. Christine takes her calling seriously, making sure that the social, emotional, and mental well-being of every orphan in our care is always a top priority.
Her work is more than just a responsibility; it is a ministry from her heart. Christine ensures that each child feels loved, understood, and supported in every stage of their growth. Through regular counseling, personal talks, and social activities, she helps the children build confidence, joy, and a healthy sense of identity.
Christine takes great joy in being part of the Hope and Life Care Missions family, and she serves with excellence, dedication, and love. She believes that every child deserves to be treated like royalty; they are little queens and kings with a purpose and a future.
